It will indeed be Ayn Rand's world of "Atlas Shrugged" come to life. For the actuality and reality of this liberal-progressive and environmentalist whacko worker's paradise will send the producers of society (who can flee) out of the state, while those who cannot will simply go underground. And as for the common folk, well, they'll go on unemployment and or welfare. Rather bleak, n'est-ce pas?
Now the liberals and other assorted leftist, fringe lunatics in the great state of euphoria will reason and justify to themselves that President Obama is their friend and they're just simply too big to fail. Well, au contraire mes amis, for after this midterm election the "Age of too big not to bailout" will I hope, be over. And I assure you no one in congress or the rest of the nation will want to bailout the profligate morons in the great state of fervid bliss and socialist euphoria.
Enter "Prop 19." Again the liberal morons delude themselves in thinking they can gain an additional 14 billion dollars in revenue by simply taxing all that, "them there" pot and weed "in them there hills." Well first off, these people are liberals, and they're not going to reduce their debt nor their reckless, overspending ways; but in point of fact, they're actually going to increase their spending on existing programs and double down on new ones.
Now I know many of you will take umbrage at my calling liberals morons and lunatics. Well dear readers, to paraphrase Einstein (who I believe is the author of the quote, but that might be apocryphal, however nevertheless, here goes:) "The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expect different results."
