In the now famous Supreme (aka Supine) Court decision in Citizens United v Federal Elections Commission Corporations were declared to be “Persons” and thus to be free to engage in political speech.
Now we have a particularly revolting example of the impact of this decision the Smooth Newt’s friendly SuperPAC has been gifted by a Las Vegas mogul for $5,000,000, and another from Mrs. Mogul!
Daily Congress in its infinite wisdom chips away at the Rights of the 99%! But we have:
ONE RIGHT TO RULE THEM ALL. Article 1 Section 10 The Contract Clause. That means what we agree to cannot be undone by any state legislature.
We the People can Contract with each other and create enforcible agreements among our Selves! The signers of the Declaration of Independence did it. Eighteen Chinese farmers did it and Changed China forever.
So it is Time to Bring Power to the People!
Make the Following Contract with your fellow Citizens:
If I see a corporation acting to influence election out comes I will take every legal step I can ro cause that corporation to be unprofitable. I will share my information in social media! I will demand that my legislators local, state and national make it a condition for forming a business corporation that the corporation charter shall include the following provision:
As a business entity of the state of (Any of 50 states) this entity will not attempt to influence the outcome of any election, or to influence any government entity to gain any favoritism by that entity. If this clause is violated all officers and directors shall become personally liablle for all debts of the corporation.
