The Ballot: 2010 Election
In the United States, the Democrats control the White House and both halves of Congress. Animosity has bubbled up in the form of the Tea Party, while health care and stimulus packages have helped some, but not all.
With wars still being fought and jobs still hard to find, several key Congressmen are up for re-election, while other seats are up for grabs. There are also be several local and statewide offices and propositions, so even though a president won't be elected this year, November 2 will prove to be a crucial day of decision for both political parties as well as for every American.
Also, there are other important elections around the world. We haven't forgotten about them.
