South Tyneside Homes just don’t get it! It was only on 13th. March that I made this post highlighting the concerns about the “consultation process” being operated by South Tyneside Homes, the ALMO responsible for looking after council house tenants here. It was pointed out by myself, and those commenting, that if you are looking for an open dialogue that produces results, then you have to go out amongst the community that you are working in, you need to operate in an environment that people feel comfortable with if you wish them to exchange ideas.
