I like Richmond.com for what it is - a central place to find out a lot of what’s going on in my fair city. New restaurants, local politics, city events and activities - not the best or most complete, but certainly serviceable. This morning, however, they published a piece called “A Hotbed of Citizen Journalism” about local blogs/websites following the goings-on in and around River City. Stephanie Brummell, the article’s author, lists several of the better-known sites around town and their authors, but fails to link to even one of them! C’mon! What’s the point of writing about blogs on a web-published article without linking to the aforementioned blogs?
