Apple TV update 2.0.1
http://www.tuaw.com/ 2008/ 03/ 28/ apple-tv-update-2-0-1/
Filed under: Software Update, Apple TV Apple has updated the Apple TV software to version 2.0.1. This is the first update to the Apple TV since the game-changing Take 2 software was released. Generally, with these "point releases," Apple doesn't change many things (mostly bug fixes and such). The only significant difference in the update is the implementation of Genres in the "My Movies" list. Have you noticed any new features that we haven't covered? Be sure to tell us in the comments. Apple TV update 2.0.1
http://tech.miycs.mobi/?p=29594Section: Apple, Apple News, Updates, Audio Video, Apple-TV The Apple TV has recently had a major update, Take 2, released last month. Today Apple quietly released a small update for the Apple TV: 2.0.1. Apple generally doesn’t add new features in the minor releases like this, and leaves those for big announcements at Macworld. 2.0.1 is mainly bug fixes and improvements to stability, the only new feature is the addition of genres under “My Movies” - this is a minor enhancement, but makes sorting through your downloaded movies a lot easier with the ability to do so by genre. With an update like this, you don’t generally expect to find many new features - but if you’re an Apple TV owner and have noticed any other features, please let us know - we may just add it to the post. The word is out now that dotMobi is picking up the Mowser assets. Like I said in my post about planning to shut down Mowser, the problem wasnt with Mowser itself or the technique of content adaption or the mobile web as a whole.
