He got a call this morning and was notified that the delivery of a summons or a subpoena was going to be done. The guy said it involved an accident and that he’s to show it to his insurance company, which can only mean the truck. We’re both now seriously freaking out about it, though we’re pretty damn sure a judge will go “WTF were you doing driving with a suspended license?” to the bitch that hit him.
