    İçerik Hırsızlığında Dünya Rekoru Volkan Alabaz Tarafından Genel Kategorisine Yazıldı İçerik hırsızlığı son günlerde özellikle birçok arkadaşımızın başını gerçekten çok ağrıtıyor. Sevgili Erdal söylemese benimde haberim olmayacak. Damacana adı ile severek takip ettiğimiz blogun birçok yazısını ve benim tam 14 yazımı Meral hanımında 1 yazısını ve Sefa arkadaşımın da bir benim kadar içeriğini birebir alarak gerçekten içerik hırsızlığında bir rekor kırmış bence. Kimden bahsediyorum Blogcu.com sistemi ile yayın yapan ”Paylaşım Yap”adlı blogdan. Lütfen buna inanın bu içerik hırsızlığı sadece ama sadece Türkiye’de olan bir olay. Size bunu ispat edeceğim. Apple ile alakalı haberleri takip ettiğim Slash Gear isimli baya tanınmış bir site. 2008 yılında çıkarılması düşünülen bir Apple Tablet hakkında yazı yazmışlar ve bırakın yazının kaynağını haberin kaynağı olan iPhone Buzz adlı siteye link vermişler. Bu sıralamayı takip ederseniz anlayacaksınız. Bu iPhone Buzz adlı sitede dünyaca meşhur MacRumors’u kaynak göstermiş. Bu sitelerin hepsi kendi alanlarında tanınmış. Ama hiçbiri kaynak vermekten çekinmemişler. Bu olayları ben fazla kafasına takan biri değilim. Biliyorum ki benim Ülkemde yargı sistemi yok ve olmayacak. Ama benim Ülkemde yargı sistemi yok diye oturacak değilim. Hemen kendim ve Meral Hanım için Blogcu.com sistem yöneticileri ile bu blog hakkında iletişime geçtim. Yazılarımızı birebir alan ”paylaşım yap” adlı bloga da yazılarımıza kaynak göstermesi ya da kaldırması için tam 48 saat süre verdim. Neden 48 saat derseniz Almanya’da kanunlar bu tarz durumlar için bu kadar süre koymuşlar. Evet, avukatımla bugün telefonla konuşup dile getirdim ve eğer bu şahıs bu süre zarfında gerekeni yapmazsa durum hukuki yola gidecek. However, the dwindling down of the iPhone’s availability in UK and US making it very hard not to jump to conclusion that the 3G iPhone is coming out. Apple stores and AT&T stores reported making the iPhone unavailable for orders. Very cool, I really can’t wait for a 3G iPhone, the knowledge that it will just work and the email/web functionality is the main thing. I wonder what network it will be released on?
