Remember the golden age of air travel, when it was tony and glamorous to take a flight, the stewardesses were all dressed in smart designer outfits and a person wouldn’t be caught dead in first class wearing, say, a Juicy Couture track suit? Eh, I don’t either (but I vaguely recall at least getting peanuts and sometimes hot meals included in the price of my ticket). Now, flying ranks somewhere between taking a cross-country bus trapped next to a jabbering meth head and an extended stay in a black ops prison.
