cant acccess local website from lan

hi there i got a problem that is confusing me and am really new still in school. we are running sbs2003 and recently our serer crashed and we renamed our domain and website the same . whcih is hosted by our isp. now the problem is all computers in the lan except the server cannot access our website i get an error 404 or 403. please help me resolve this problem
