Ruby/DBI 0.2.0 released!

The bugfix release 0.2.0 is now available. A big thanks to http://www.opensourcery.com who provides me with a job and a few hours a week to make this possible! Also, A big thanks to Mike Pomraning and Peter Schuller for plenty of quality patches in recent weeks, along with all the other people who have submitted patches in the last 2 years. There will be rubygems for 0.4.0, but unfortunately that's not really possible in 0.2.0 due to the way the system is currently architected.
