It's less than two months of the release of my Professional Visual Studio Extensibility book. Now after this while, I expect to see some reviews about it as two months is a good time to read the entire book and provide feedback. In the past couple of weeks I received two reviews about the book by Alvin Aschraft and on Amazon. Alvin was one of the guys who had been listed as a contact to receive a promotional copy. After receiving the book, he helped to promote it in some ways and I have to thank him here. Today he wrote a review of the book after reading it.
