One morning a (long) while back, I just was not in the mood for NPR. So, I listened to Wake Up Call Radio and it turns out Victor Axelrod a/k/a Ticklah was stopping by to preview his solo project for WBAI's listeners. Axelrod plays the keyboards for Antibalas as well as The Dap Kings, but on his album he also plays drums, bass and guitar. The album is entitled Ticklah vs. Axelrod and it is all about dub.
