http://www.intomobile.com/ 2008/ 02/ 14/ trimble-releases-geocache-navigator-for-fre...
During the Mobile World Congress, Trimble announced the availability of a free, ad-supported version of its Geocache Navigator application for select S60 Nokia devices with integrated GPS. Using their GPS-enabled phone - like Nokia N95, N95 8GBm N82, or Nokia 6110 Navigator - geocachers can seek the caches using a uniquely constructed, radar-like interface that guides them toward their destination. Additionally, phone screens provide compass-based navigation, maps, speed, heading, location, distance, cache descriptions, logs, hints and other useful information⦠In case you're wondering what exactly is geocaching, you should know it's kind of a high-tech treasure hunt that is rapidly gaining widespread adoption worldwide.

However, I'm quite sure this will remain a speculated rumour until either Sony Ericsson or HTC are ready to make that announcement, so we can only wait and see, and well it's not really who makes the handset it's just as long as it works well. Windows Mobile smartphone shipments reached a staggering 14.3 million units shipped globally over the period of six months while Microsoft is predicting to reach the 20 million mark by June. I love what Engadget put which is the truth, the Windows Mobile smartphone is called the 610, iPAQ 614, 614c and 600, and we love that. Anyway moving on with this news, so seeing as the iPAQ 610 business phone is not going to the U.S what is the reason? Well HP did not really state the reason why they have canceled it but they did say, “due to recent legal issues between suppliers of mobile phone technologies, HP has decided not to offer the iPAQ 610 Business Navigator to U.S. customers as previously planned.” So the question is, "Will all countries miss out on this smart phone, or is it just America? However, I'm quite sure this will remain a speculated rumour until either Sony Ericsson or HTC are ready to make that announcement, so we can only wait and see, and well it's not really who makes the handset it's just as long as it works well. Source – JampBlog Vodafone announces 227, 228 low-end handsets at MWC Posted: 14 Feb 2008 06:35 AM CST Vodafone proudly stood up and announced their latest mobile handsets, the Vodafone 227 a clamshell device, and the Vodafone 228, a slider device, at the Mobile World Congress. Being carrier banded mobiles they step out somewhat simply, and without a huge amount of features to help them along. Vodafone wants to target Europe and emerging markets where people look for a simple yet stylish mobile phone with which to just make calls and SMS texts. And well knowing Vodafone they will simply make these two even more attractive by giving them free with a specific Vodafone tariff. As for price…Vodafone hasn't let that one out yet. Windows Mobile smartphone shipments reached a staggering 14.3 million units shipped globally over the period of six months while Microsoft is predicting to reach the 20 million mark by June. How have they achieved these big sales? Microsoft say it's the HTC Touch and Samsung BlackJack which helped them get ahead of RIM and the iPhone. Posted: 13 Feb 2008 01:00 PM CST Here is some news I would love to debate, according to sources below there is going to be support for Flash content on the Apple iPhone pretty soon, oh and please remember it is on its way meaning it is not here yet. I have the Apple iPhone myself and have said in my head the lack of support for web technology is becoming almost universal but the lack of flash is something we should think about, well it seems my question have nearly been answered. Apple apparently and this is of course speculation has been unwilling to add Flash support to the iPhone because it would adversely affect battery life, but many peoples answer to this is Apple do not want to rely on third-party applications. Do you think that the Apple iPhone should have Flash plugin support?
