Shocking news came to us this week, with the results of a Samsung Mobile survey showing that more than 6 out of 10 people asked for a preference stated that they’d text in their vote for the Presidential election this fall if the option were available to them. The (mercifully) short survey showed consistent results across party lines, with Democrats, Republicans and Independents voting in similar proportions. 61% of those over the age of 18 and eligible to vote said they’d be open to casting their vote for the next President of the United States by text message.
