new favourite thing, originally uploaded by mintyfresh. I stumbled across this sorbet the other day at the Herb & Spice and I had to have it. I’m a packaging junkie, and the simple clean packaging (including recyclable plastic sorbet container) just screamed “take me home!” So I did. And wow. I was not disappointed. Creamy, tart, and full of passionfruit goodness (and sugar free), this little pint of sorbet seemed so much better than the pints we’ve been getting from the Ottawa mainstays piccolo grande and pure gelato. I have no idea why it’s so good, but boy, am I ever tempted to go back and get more.
