Cognigen Networks has completed the acquisition of Commission River, Inc.

I haven't been actively marketing Cognigen and it's products for some time. When the founder of Cognigen Networks, Kevin Anderson, died last year, I wasn't sure what was going to happen to Cognigen, so I pulled in my advertising to see what would happen. That wasn't the only reason I had for slowing down promoting Cognigen, but it was the precipitating factor. In December, things started to happen that began to eliminate my doubts, but they haven't coalesced enough to be really confident in restarting my marketing efforts. Late in 2007, Cognigen Networks completed the acquisition of Commission River, Inc.
