No pictures because quite frankly I was so wrapped up in making sure everything was right for Connie’s requested Mother’s Day meal that I didn’t think about blogging this until my plate was half-eaten. She found this recipe online, so I can’t claim it completely, but man, was this good! I served it with mashed potatoes and corn and surprised her with a Shrimp Scampi on the side.
