My family referred because of this very reason to me as ‘Sigi, der Widerstandskämpfer‘ which means in English: ‘Sigi, the resistance fighter.’ They even had a stamp with the German Hero, Claus Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg ‘the’ Nazi Resistance Fighter, next to the also assassinated by the Nazis Sophie and her brother Hans Scholl. They both died by a guillotine, because they were students, who were warning other students–about the methods and the criminal actions–committed by the Nazis. They threw some leaflets into the University in Munich, were caught and both were executed by the Nazis. SOPHIE SCHOLL-THE FINAL DAYS Strange, how history is repeating itself. Because for the past three years, I am being assassinated, my character that is–by a vicious group of ugliness in human form. Haters, who refer to themselves as ‘Marilyn fans,’ when it is clear and obvious, that these people must hate Marilyn Monroe as well. I have studied each and every one of them–I know who they all are connected to, how they are hiding, why they are hiding. I recognized the game playing Melinda Mason, who is living behind so many monikers, she must be confused when she wakes up each and every morning of her hater life she is covering with fake smiles, laughter and stupid tattoos, a hideous car which she refers to as ‘Lorelei Lee’ etc. When I grew up in Germany, we were taught in school about the murderous, the insane actions which Germans, Austrians, became feared for and hated for–all over the world, in many ways until this modern day. Before I realized and found out, through my sincere research, that my mother is actually Jewish, while my father was a German soldier, who went to war at age 15, since his father, my grandfather was a decorated General in World War I., an excellent and fearless fighter. Growing up, and having two souls in your chest makes you sensitive. Being called Nazi, was in the beginning, after I immigrated to the United States in 1995 extremely painful. But one grows thick skin to anything–even hate and abuse. I did not know that I would join a fan club of people, who were different, in each and every way. They had their own obedience, their own ‘rules.’ I would walk in to these meetings and remembered somehow the scene of Rosemary’s Baby–when they all meet and awaiting Lucifer… I cannot help myself but no comparison is more fitting, more suitable to these people who have been attacking me, then Ernest and then also Jennifer–than to compare them to the Neo Nazis. They have their Fuhrers, their rules, their meetings, and their socializing. Their orders and their super hate. Their evil plans to destroy–to kill if they must. They threatened me many times, not being shy to also threaten with AIDS infected blood, a deadly weapon as some courts have now decided upon. They have twice spoken to me and presented the wish that I should kill myself. They called me names like ‘pedophile’ and anything nasty that you possibly could imagine, or not–they called me that, too. So, when you are new to this group, you can only love them, you have to, because if you don’t love ‘them,’ if they decide that they hate you–they will hate, they will try to destroy you completely–you are almost officially ‘doomed.’ Who are ‘they’? Marilyn Monroe Fan Club people, ‘Presidents,’ self proclaimed ‘Fanatics,’ who have have unsuccessfully and for the past three years tried to character assassinate me, and when Ernest W. Cunningham, a well known and absolutely reliable source of knowledge and proof in terms of anything Marilyn Monroe, when this wonderful heart and soul joint me in my fight for justice–for the facts that should stand for and with Marilyn Monroe, he was attacked as much as I was. We instantly became the target of hate, jealousy, human garbage and mental trouble makers who have been connected to each other in hater forums who claim to be Marilyn Monroe fans. When you look closer, you immediately realize that the word ‘hater,’ also applies to their ‘passion for Marilyn Monroe. I am not saying that every so called ‘Marilyn Monroe fan’ is nuts or crazy. But I experienced in a personal odyssey and nightmare of nine years what these people are able to do to others. And that, while they keep their faces in a big and friendly smile. They smile the Donelle Dadigan-style, another ‘museums owner’ who is knowingly displaying too many fakes in order to call her ‘Hollywood Museum’ a ‘museum.’ ‘RIPOFF BELIEVE YOU ME OR NOT’ would be a much more fitting title for this TOURIST TRAP in Hollywood, which I already reported to Eric Garcetti, a Hollywood politician, who seems to be to busy to go after fraud criminals (and that is EXACTLY what Ms Dadigan is). Ms. Dadigan, age 72, with permanent silk scarf habit, covering her throat area, still owes me the ’small amount’ of $5,000. I displayed parts of my collection in her ‘venue’ and had to ask her up front and before I would decorate the display cases myself–that she would remove all the fakes, which I instantly pointed out to her–which made her 100% dead face and especially the scary eye are move a bit gen North. Feelings? Oh no–it was anger. When I mentioned the word fake, she started breathing stronger and I was afraid that her cheap hair extensions would fall off and make her bald right on the spot between a fake Marilyn Monroe item–created by Frank Ferruccio, 42, an on eBay sold fantasy fabrication which came with a Letter Of Authenticity (with a non sense making ‘Provenance’ from his criminal mind), and the fake and phony Marilyn Monroe makeup case, covered with crocodile skin and this and many other fakes were sold to Donelle Dadigan by Dorothy Broekaert, 37, a mother from Oxnard, CA, who moved to LA in order to defraud God & The World, and she sure did. She was the partner another fraud criminal for many years. Roy Turner, 48, who sold empty Blistex tubes as coming from ‘Julia Roberts. ‘ They sold trash–literally. Broekaert was recently caught, selling an empty and modern day produced jar of empty Erno Laszlo face cream, as Marilyn Monroe’s face cream. What she didn’t know was, that I was the highest bidder and ‘won’ this joke for $1,225 and saved another innocent eBay victim the absolute hurtful experience of realizing that you fell victim to these criminals. I never paid Mrs. Broekaert and I am not sure if she sold this worthless jar to the second highest bidder. Talking about trash again: She also offered empty ‘REDBULL’ cans and empty paper coffee cups as ‘Britney Spears used’ and some of them actually received bids. You won’t believe, I never thought it would be possible, what people do believe…that is the ‘bread and butter’ of fake sellers and memorabilia clowns, hoaxers–proven liars like Keya Morgan, 32, the latest ’star of pranks,’ Robert Otto, Mark Roesler, June DiMaggio, 84 (one of the oldest liars I have ever met in my entire life), Bill Sarris, 78, ex lover of William Travilla, who was just reversing his entire claims about the Halloween quality ripoff copies of his in 1990 died partner Travilla. Sarris, a designer himself, took the chance to rip-copy and try to fool the public. He did, for a moment. The William Travilla ‘Lost’ Collection has now reversed officially their descriptions of their entire display. After we sent the Scotland Yard and official inspectors from the Trading Duty (run by the British Government), Mr. Andrew Hansford,41, a ’skin specialist’ who is also acting as the British spokesperson for the Travilla hoax–admitted that they made ‘mistakes,’ and that the claimed as Marilyn Monroe worn movie costumes, are NOT ORIGINALS and are also NOT ‘PROTOTYPES.’ Instead they are just REPRODUCTIONS, copies–made many decades after Monroe’s death in 1962. Case closed. eBay Victims Of Fake Entertainment Memorabilia Reason one why I decided to step up against these criminals: I have been victimized myself. With a terrible trick–played on me by a seller from Romania. Years ago this con artist offered an authentic Marilyn Monroe autograph, and I did not realize what his trick would be. He sent me a complete different and for non experts easily to tell fake signature. I never received my $1,200 plus shipping and handling back. Then came Robert W. Otto & Mark Roesler Into Town…With A Shipload Full Of Fakes…Fakes From Known Fraud Fabricators Like Frank Ferruccio, Guido Ortenzio, Heidi Hanson-Hidrobo, Roslyn Herman, Frank Warren, Dorothy Broekaert, Roy Turner, June DiMaggio, Bebe Goddard, Joe Franklin, and many others… I asked these ‘fans’ for help, when I discovered what later on turned out to be the ‘biggest exhibition fraud project in history.’ There was no bigger plan to screw the entire world and that for twelve years, than the absolute ridiculous and for five years in details planned out ‘Marilyn Monroe: the exhibit,’ A co-produced crime, realized and financed by Mark A. Roesler, 52, former licensing lawyer of Marilyn Monroe, who recently lost too many lawsuits in order to claim that he has anything at all to do or say when it comes to Marilyn Monroe. Mark A. Roesler was one of the three named defendants of our class action lawsuit, filed two years ago, on May 26, 2006, just on time for Marilyn Monroe’s 80’s birthday, and what a birthday present that was–a brave step by some few people to defend a tragically early died Hollywood legend. And since our later on bribed lawyers (they let Mark Roesler ‘off the hook so to speak–with lame excuses), George G. Braunstein and Timothy D. McGonigle refused to name me as one of the plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit against Mark Roesler, Robert Walter Otto, 57, (the collector with the 99% fake collection), and the Queen Mary Corporation, I became the official expert witness for this case. I have worked thousands of hours on and for this case, delivered hundreds of documents to Braunstein & Gonigle, yet never received one single Cent as pay. The then claimed in April of 2006, in a court paper filed in order to debunk and to discredit me, that I was fired by the plaintiffs, which in our case was Ernest W. Cunningham and Emily Sadjady. Mr. Braunstein committed perjury, he knowingly lied under oath. Because I was never ‘dismissed.’ He then hired Donelle Dadigan friend and Hollywood Museum ‘curator’ Gregory Lee Schreiner, 60, ( Greg Schreiner ), the ‘President’ of the Marilyn Remembered fan club organization. Officially restrained by court order obsessive stalker Eric Woodard, 46, referred to Greg Schreiner as ‘Fuhrer‘ and ‘Heil Schreiner,’ and it wasn’t meant as a joke. Just an ordinary Marilyn Remembered Fan Club Meeting…. During these organized memorial services–each and every one of the speakers is pitching their own products. Mr. Schreiner, shown on the left, wearing a white shirt has been pitching his own CD of piano music. He is also receiving ALL Marilyn Monroe licensed products free of charge, since he is introducing the mostly super tacky items to the fans. Greg Schreiner’s home is literally an outlet of CMG Worldwide, the former licensing agency of Marilyn Monroe. That was number one reason why Greg Schreiner never ever took action against the fraud criminals who were displaying fake and absurd looking ‘Marilyn Monroe underpants’ on the Queen Mary ocean liner, in Long Beach, CA, in 2005/2006 Art by Banksy Ever since Ernest W. Cunningham, 69, and I started to stand up against these fraud crimes, ever since we said ‘No’ to Mark Roesler, we were immediately attacked by the very same people who stand in the Westwood chapel, year after year, praising Marilyn Monroe (and themselves), praising each other and their ‘community’ of a few hundred people (worldwide), since the real Marilyn Monroe fans and admirers do not need to belong to an ‘organization’ such as fan clubs, who do nothing at all–when their ‘idol’ needed real help. Instead they pitch more products, and that is the real reason behind these fan clubs–who intensified their attacks on us, and ever since a young and beautiful mother of two and freelance journalist, Jennifer J. Dickinson, 37, joined Ernest W. Cunningham and me, the Marilyn Monroe haters, led by Eric M. Woodard, Jill Adams, 40, another mother and Heidi Hanson-Hidrobo, 40, another mother–just like Lori Drew, 49. They run their attacks on us in the very same fashion, the sadistic mother would run her attacks against Megan Meier–with anonymous postings. She befriended Megan, and from one day to the next–she destroyed the 13 year old teenager. Just like Lori Drew was telling Megan Meier at some point, ‘that the world would be better off without her,’ these ‘Marilyn fans would post anonymous attacks (one of them is posted below), character assassination attempts, malicious slander–in order to discredit us completely. As I finally found out the true identity behind the most hateful and vicious, and also very disturbing postings on no other forum than of the marilynmonroe.com, it turned out that ‘charlie‘ was a shared moniker–used for postings for the Marilyn Monroe community, but also for the Jayne Mansfield fans. The two self proclaimed ‘fanatics’ are Melinda Mason, 38, a Canadian copyright plagiarist and employee of Progressive Pork Producer, who is based in Fergus, Ontario. The other ‘fanatic’ is a Jayne Mansfield nut. It turned out to be a transsexual by the name of Hillary Jayne Mansfield aka Benjamin S., 37, who according to court documents is still a full intact male. This man told me not once–but twice that I ‘should do my mother a favor and kill myself,’ and on the marilynmonroe.com forum–he posted that I ‘should jump from a bridge with my fake collection,’ besides he also claimed that I am a ‘pedophile.’ The last certainly is a liable claim and I could sue him for this. Charges have already been against Mr. Hillary Jayne Mansfield–for the very sick and disturbing harassment from the super scary looking 6′1 white male who has been charged in his past for beating up a woman, while on his job in a Motel. The first court date is set for June 19th and Mr. Hillary Jayne Mansfield should have received his court order by now. He tried hard to hurt us with his true harassment. He was recently kicked out (twice) of MySpace, for posting nasty and super slanderous comments about all of us. They follow us everywhere we go, to every website, blog or forum–they left the most disgusting comments, immediately and while we had our super successful triumph over Keya Morgan–in terms of the ‘Marilyn Monroe sex tape hoax.’ And instead of supporting us–instead of attacking Keya Morgan, the liar and Marilyn Monroe defamer, they attacked us! Eric Woodard, Threats Involving His AIDS Infected Blood - Threats Of Physical Harm Will Define This Man Forever. It also will Define a ‘Community’ Who Was Acting As Nothing Happened, When I Protested Outside–Against Woodard’s Threats Against Five People, Including Two Children. MARILYN MONROE & MARK BELLINGHAUS PROTEST DUET # 2 1961/2007 ‘angelswatch’ - which is using fake counters, to simulate a hight view and interest (the counter stood close to this number below when this ANONYMOUS blog was posted), and since Pauline Berry, 45, and Eric Woodard are named in the tags, it leads clearly to the two stalkers–two people who have been united through her failed attempt to peddle the Travilla fakes as ‘Prototypes.’ Pauline Berry is claiming that I am harassing her, but she has cyberstalked me for over two years, she is obsessed, just like Woodard, in her hate towards me, yet when I called her, to ask her to leave me alone, she would talk to me for over 20 minutes, and then I had enough, was going to hang up and heard her saying: ‘Bye, Love you Mark’ - I mean would you tell this to someone you are officially are afraid of?! Before I filed the restraining order against Woodard, I had to ask him to leave me alone. I did that many times, yet he would continue his attacks–he never stopped his stalking action–since he is doing it anonymous, just like most of these obsessed haters do it. I am still standing 100% behind my phone calls to Pauline Berry in order to ask her to leave me alone and to stop her cyberstalking action, such as on Wikipedia. They are junk, made by someone who dismissed the details of the originals–possibly some fashion design student at Woodbury University. Merja Pohjola, 40, who also supported their claims that the copies were worn by Marilyn Monroe has even created a ‘petition’ against me (truth is, that it is to 75% made up–monikers, fake & fabricated names) the rest of the 25% are the whose who of Marilyn Monroe fraud criminals–which of course refer to themselves as my ‘victims.’ But there are also some other known names, real ones–who claim that I am the cyberharasser. Yet- they are following me everywhere–post lies about us on the Internet. They are obsessed with everything we do. It is so paradox, we are three–they are way over 100, and they feel ‘threatened?!’ Eric Woodard is of course also present on that petition created to free the haters, to let the openly racist fan club presidents like Danamo, aka Daniel Rutschman aka Bret Ludwig, 52, wear his tacky ties, making racist comments on his forums, calling Jews the ‘K’ word and crawling up the lower back of CMG Worldwide Fuhrer Mark Roesler. Dickinson and Ernest Cunningham have made disparaging statements regarding the Travilla “Lost Collection.” They claim the Travilla items are “fakes, copies of copies or nothing more than Halloween costumes.” In their blogs, phone calls to the press and anywhere else they can get someone to listen, they state that the Travilla Estate is committing fraud and are criminals. These “so called experts” act as if they are the only ones in the world trying to protect the memory of their IDOL, Marilyn Monroe. In the past, they did a good job of fooling people but in their desperation, they have become sloppy. Their intimidation has been going on a long time and Travilla is only the latest in their attacks which have gone on for years. Mark Bellinghaus’ claim to fame is his involvement in the Marilyn Monroe exhibit at The Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA. Bellinghaus claimed fraud and supposedly discovered a set of hair rollers which were bogus. He did stir up controversy but the Queen Mary exhibit continued and actually extended it’s run. Of course, Bellinghaus claims to have “closed” the exhibit because of his sleuthing but as you can see, that is false: http://www.queenmary.com/index.php?page=news_release&news_id=97 He was also dismissed as an expert witness because, as you will see later, he was deemed, UNBALANCED. Once he learned of the Travilla Lost Collection Exhibit, he and his two cohorts began a barrage of relentless cyber terrorism and phone calls to the media. Fortunately, since he has ruined his reputation by his past actions, hardly anyone would listen to him. This seemed to make him even angrier. He contacted several experts who knew the collection and had written letters to confirm authenticity. When these experts, Robert Nelson (remember this name, it will come up later) Museum Director of FIDM Museum and Galleries and Louise Coffey-Webb, Curator, Fashion Study Collection, Department of Fashion and Design in Los Angeles, did not cave in to his arguments, he began to question their credentials and spread false allegations via the internet about them as well. As others came forward in support of The Travilla Lost Collection, they too became targets of Bellinghaus’ accusations. New Zealand based singer Pauline Berry, author and Marilyn Monroe expert Eric Woodard of Florida and Suzie Kennedy, one of the most famous Marilyn Monroe impersonators in the world who resides in the UK, were attacked in blogs and accused of being paid by the Travilla Estate for their opinions. Bellinghaus brags about “closing” down the Travilla Exhibit but that is a LIE. The exhibit was shown in Brighton and Leeds, UK and many more dates are booked in the months ahead. He states that after a phone call to the Hilton Headquarters in Beverly Hills, CA - Hilton parted company with Travilla. NOT TRUE. The fact of the matter is, after the Brighton show was so successful, The HILTON asked that Travilla sign an exclusive contract with them. After weeks of waiting for a contract, Travilla was presented with a document that was too limiting and decided take their tour in a different, less corporate direction. Hilton and Travilla continue on good terms. Many people have seen the contract dated long after Bellinghaus made his bogus claims. Team Bellinghaus now resorts to calling anyone connected to Travilla or anyone with a differing opinion as “The Velvet Mafia.” For the record, NONE of these people are being paid for their support. They have begun blogs of their own in support of The Travilla Collection and against the cyber harassment that Bellinghaus continues to spew at superhuman velocity. Currently there is a petition, signed by scores of people asking that Bellinghaus stop his harassment: The Travilla Estate has no reason to lie about the collection. The Oscar winning designer’s estate and representatives are beyond reproach, with provenance and authenticity having been proved long ago. They decided to send a Cease and Desist letter to Bellinghaus in October of 2007 (copy attached), hoping he’d get the picture and stop the harassment. But he would not stop, it would only intensify. It became clear that his motives were not as altruistic as he would have everyone believe. Why would this man, a self proclaimed expert, make these statements without ever viewing The Collection in person? Why not try and contact the Travilla Estate personally and ask his questions in a civil, intelligent way? In this article, Bellinghaus and Cunningham’s debunking techniques are questioned. Even more telling, there are links on this website where Bellinghaus has published articles on PR.insider.com ranting about the sexuality of Tom Cruise. As of May, 2008, Bellinghaus has been removed from YouTube, Blogger, Myspace, Ebay, Amazon, Topix and Blogcritics for blatant copyright violations and harassment, and now GoDaddy has suspended many of his blogs while more copyright infringements notices filed against him are investigated. He has also been banned by the major auction houses such as Christie’s and Sotheby’s. Their Arrogance is their UNDOING! Jennifer Dickinson, Mark Bellinghaus and Ernest Cunningham have once again proved they have no integrity in regards to a peace offer they proposed. The group of people who have taken to blogging in their own defense in response to the barrage of ugliness from TEAM Bellinghaus faithfully tried to negotiate with these psychopaths. Bellinghaus opened up a huge can of worms when he began his attacks: What he didn’t anticipate is the internet works both ways and when truths are matched against their lies, their arguments and tactics fall like a house of CARDS! Now, their reputations are sullied and their dreams of fame and prestige are circling the drain! Dickinson and Ernest Cunningham have made disparaging statements regarding the Travilla “Lost Collection.” They claim the Travilla items are “fakes, copies of copies or nothing more than Halloween costumes.” In their blogs, phone calls to the press and anywhere else they can get someone to listen, they state that the Travilla Estate is committing fraud and are criminals. These “so called experts” act as if they are the only ones in the world trying to protect the memory of their IDOL, Marilyn Monroe. In the past, they did a good job of fooling people but in their desperation, they have become sloppy. Their intimidation has been going on a long time and Travilla is only the latest in their attacks which have gone on for years. Mark Bellinghaus’ claim to fame is his involvement in the Marilyn Monroe exhibit at The Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA. Bellinghaus claimed fraud and supposedly discovered a set of hair rollers which were bogus. He did stir up controversy but the Queen Mary exhibit continued and actually extended it’s run. Of course, Bellinghaus claims to have “closed” the exhibit because of his sleuthing but as you can see, that is false: http://www.queenmary.com/index.php?page=news_release&news_id=97 He was also dismissed as an expert witness because, as you will see later, he was deemed, UNBALANCED. Once he learned of the Travilla Lost Collection Exhibit, he and his two cohorts began a barrage of relentless cyber terrorism and phone calls to the media. Fortunately, since he has ruined his reputation by his past actions, hardly anyone would listen to him. This seemed to make him even angrier. He contacted several experts who knew the collection and had written letters to confirm authenticity. When these experts, Robert Nelson (remember this name, it will come up later) Museum Director of FIDM Museum and Galleries and Louise Coffey-Webb, Curator, Fashion Study Collection, Department of Fashion and Design in Los Angeles, did not cave in to his arguments, he began to question their credentials and spread false allegations via the internet about them as well. As others came forward in support of The Travilla Lost Collection, they too became targets of Bellinghaus’ accusations. New Zealand based singer Pauline Berry, author and Marilyn Monroe expert Eric Woodard of Florida and Suzy Kennedy, one of the most famous Marilyn Monroe impersonators in the world who resides in the UK, were attacked in blogs and accused of being paid by the Travilla Estate for their opinions. Bellinghaus brags about “closing” down the Travilla Exhibit but that is a LIE. The exhibit was shown in Brighton and Leeds, UK and many more dates are booked in the months ahead. He states that after a phone call to the Hilton Headquarters in Beverly Hills, CA - Hilton parted company with Travilla. NOT TRUE. The fact of the matter is, after the Brighton show was so successful, The HILTON asked that Travilla sign an exclusive contract with them. After weeks of waiting for a contract, Travilla was presented with a document that was too limiting and decided take their tour in a different, less corporate direction. Hilton and Travilla continue on good terms. Many people have seen the contract dated long after Bellinghaus made his bogus claims. Team Bellinghaus now resorts to calling anyone connected to Travilla or anyone with a differing opinion as “The Velvet Mafia.” For the record, NONE of these people are being paid for their support. They have begun blogs of their own in support of The Travilla Collection and against the cyber harassment that Bellinghaus continues to spew at superhuman velocity. The Oscar winning designer’s estate and representatives are beyond reproach, with provenance and authenticity having been proved long ago. They decided to send a Cease and Desist letter to Bellinghaus in October of 2007 (copy attached), hoping he’d get the picture and stop the harassment. But he would not stop, it would only intensify. It became clear that his motives were not as altruistic as he would have everyone believe. Why would this man, a self proclaimed expert, make these statements without ever viewing The Collection in person? Why not try and contact the Travilla Estate personally and ask his questions in a civil, intelligent way? After doing a little research, it became clear that Mark Bellinghaus is driven by money and fame, not a love for Marilyn Monroe: Exhibit A: This business plan, floated by Team Bellinghaus is looking for backers to exhibit his collection. In this business plan, the sum of $250,000 is mentioned as “seed money” for start up costs. As you can see, it is dated in May, 2007. In October of 2007, the Travilla Lost Collection successfully opened in Brighton, UK. Though Dickenson tried to mask her identity, Robert Nelson knew exactly who she was and who’s collection she seemed so desperate to peddle. Of course, his answer to her was a resounding NO. Can you imagine the bitterness Team Bellinghaus feel to have doors continue to be slammed in their faces? Still not a valid reason for the harassing that continues – please read on. For someone who does a lot of complaining about the lack of respect shown to the memory of Marilyn Monroe, this DRAG IMPERSONATION he attempted on Halloween in West Hollywood California shows that he likes to talk the talk, but not walk the walk (I guess only in high heels?) (For copyright reasons, this is a picture of Michael Musto, but the pics of Bellinghaus are just as glamorous and can easily be found posted on many other sites) Exhibit D Bellinghaus is not a stable person. As for proof – he has been sued several times but most tellingly, he was issued a restraining order by Beverly Hills resident, Jacobo Nicolayevsky. The sworn testimony by Nicolayevsky, his wife, daughter, attorney, private investigators and police officer are chilling and speak volumes about the motivation and tactics used by Bellinghaus. The initial police report and restraining order was filed because the threats continued against Mr. Bellinghaus through June 2007. Online harassment continued against Mr. Bellinghaus through November 2007 as Mr. Woodard persisted under alias accounts on YouTube. There were also phone calls made to the homes of the plaintiff and his two witnesses by the defendant in September 2007 after the initial hearing.   Jennifer J. Dickinson Continues to Lie and Now Contorts and Attacks Followed by Mark Bellinghaus

First off, Eric M. Woodard never threatened Mark Bellinghaus with AIDS. Jennifer does not disclose that Mark put it on the Internet for all the world to see that Eric has AIDS. Mark asked Eric to “bring it on” for a fight, so Eric wrote that Mark should make sure to bring a towel as he has AIDS. Threatening with AIDS infected blood? Hardly. Then it got even better when Jennifer contorted Eric’s cartoon of Dudley Do-Right and stated that it was a threat against her kids. Threat? Scary? Hardly. However, Team Bellinghaus are experts when it comes to lying, contorting, and attacking. Jennifer did not believe in her “heart of hearts” that we could have peace because she was doing everything possible to make peace impossible. Jennifer posted extremely rude and nasty emails (for most emails except one person’s emails, go here http://jenniferjdickinsonisaprovenliar.wordpress.com/about/ and here http://mmfansunited.blogspot.com/). She had the nerve to write things like “snarky,” “circus,” “you are all warped,” “you don’t even have the balls,” and etcetera. Those are not peace terms. Jennifer was rude in her comments and unethical when she lied. In those very emails of hers, Jennifer wrote, “I also ask that these emails not be reposted anywhere. In goodwill these emails on my end will stay here right where they belong - on email” and “No recourse for telling me who you are, that I promise and I’d rather speak to you all (or one) on a first-name basis.” Jennifer had those emails published on the Internet via Mark Bellinghaus. Jennifer wrote in her blog article, “They claimed that I am not because Mark published one of my emails to them with their extortionist demands to me.” That is a lie. Mark published two of my emails here http://magicalmarilyn.wordpress.com/ By responding, I am defending myself, not attacking. Jennifer lied plain and simple yet she went and tried to contort the truth in her blog. It just proves that she has no “goodwill” and that her “promise” is not worth anything. Jennifer is a proven liar with the above, but she doesn’t stop there. Jennifer stated in her blog article that she asked nicely for names. Jennifer needs to go back and read her emails as she asked for at least one name, and she received two. However, then that wasn’t good enough for her so she went on a tirade and made threatening demands. By doing so, it is clear that Jennifer was not looking for peace. With her associate Ernest W. Cunningham putting up a list of names and referring to people as KKK and Nazis and her publishing two of those comments, people were hesitant to give names. Now it appears that they wanted names so that they could continue on with their Internet hate campaign. When the truth is staring them in the face, they just don’t see it. One person emailed Jennifer on her own, but Jennifer did not believe that person was who she so vehemently claimed to be. They make false assumptions right and left. They write that Paul equals Pauline, Charlie equals too many to count, and that I wrote that horrible comment, yet they are wrong again and again and again and continue to deny it. Jennifer is trying to attach me to that one horrendous comment that she emailed. I am NOT the author of that comment and all of the twisting in the world isn’t going to make it so. Sure, I wrote under a name on the blogcritics article, admitted to that back then, because I knew that Mark would go ballistic if anyone questioned him. So, they don’t even need go there and try to contort that one beyond recognition. Mark Bellinghaus knows full well that he tried to bribe me with Marilyn Monroe items, said that he sold that glass dolphin so he tried to bribe me with a Marilyn Monroe glass pheasant or turkey, so that I wouldn’t publish my blogcritics article. Also, they hide behind so many monikers that it makes a person dizzy. Eric Olsen, the blogcritics editor, told me that Mark got reprimanded several times for doing so but he continued on with it. Mark’s articles were shut down for that reason and more. I closed my article on blogcritics just as some recent articles on the Keya Morgan story have closed theirs as well because Team Bellinghaus just can’t control themselves. They need to go read my blogcritics article, the one that I was asked TWICE to write, because what I wrote about then, all the nasty things that they wrote and continue to write, stands even more so now. They have proven me right and then some with their steady stream of attacks now against Merja, Pauline, Melinda, and so many others. The cease and desist letter that I sent to Jennifer J. Dickinson still stands. Based on my experiences with Mark’s irrational and erratic behaviors, I sent Jennifer J. Dickinson a cease and desist, a paper trail of this, so that if their actions interfere with any future career endeavors, me joining groups, working with others, and etcetera, I will have grounds to pursue the matter legally. The belt story that they continue to weave is a perfect example. Jennifer J. Dickinson is no journalist. Jennifer then goes on about Frank Ferruccio and how we have never applauded her going after his fake memorabilia selling. They need to stop attacking innocent people and stick to Frank Ferruccio, Jeanne Carmen, Dolores Hope Masi, and the others. However, they should do so in a professional way and not by calling these people lewd names. Sure, Bebe Goddard sold fakes, and the truth should be out there. Calling her a cunt though isn’t protecting Marilyn Monroe, and that is pathetic. However, they just don’t get it. Trying to attach me to the likes of Bebe and Frank Ferruccio is also pathetic. Mark Bellinghaus lied about where he received his Marilyn Monroe black, leather belt in his first blogcritics article and continues to weave his wicked web of lies about the lot of belts that Roslyn Herman purchased at the 1999 Christie’s auction. Jennifer wrote that she saved all of my “horrible” blogs – I was defending myself. I have them as well, and I’ve saved their nasty comments and blogs also. That is tasteless at best. On what appears to be the only positive note on Jennifer’s blog, she stated that she took down her Youtube videos. If that is the case then I thank her. The bottom line though is that Jennifer J. Dickinson gave her word that the emails and names would stay in the email box, but she lied as Mark Bellinghaus published two. It’s that plain and simple. However, Jennifer goes on trying to contort and lie her way out of it. Read the emails and any person can see that our emails were never “snarky” or rude like Jen’s emails. We published all the emails except for the ones by another person showing the truth rather than just the few that they had up trying to contort things. There is no doubt that Team Bellinghaus lies, contorts, and attacks. They just don’t get it and probably never will. As I’ve stated a numerous times before, it is never ending with Team Bellinghaus. When Team Bellinghaus write lies, contort, attack, and people respond to their mayhem, these people are defending themselves and not attacking – there is a difference. Lastly, as Mark Bellinghaus and Jennifer J. Dickinson well know, we came to a peace agreement, and that is why I’ve been quiet. However, they have breached said agreement time and time again. I will no longer sit back and watch them run rampant posting lies and attacking people on the Internet. I will defend myself and others from their smear campaign.
