Need a Quick Way to Recharge or Destress at Work? Try Aromatherapy!

    http://www.bizchicksrule.com/need-a-quick-way-to-recharge-or...

This past week at my women’s health blog, guest writer Jennifer Chait offered some really simple and really excellent aromatherapy recipes. I’m feeling really drained right now and trying to come up with a noncaffeinated way to perk up and get some stuff done before I crash for the night. One really nice thing about aromatherapy is that it’s super easy to stash a bottle of essential oil in your desk drawer for easy access during the day. Because I work from home, I don’t have any of those crazy safety restrictions like no open flames in the office, so I have an oil burner at my desk and I use lavendar oil when I’m feeling particularly stressed out. Your in-office solution might be to just open the bottle and set it on your desk for a few minutes. The scent will reach you, but not your office mates. Try it. Don’t forget to share What You Want to Be When You Grow Up and be entered to win a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card!
