The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) awarded the highly coveted 5 Star Designation in the New Car Assessment Program (NCAP) to the Audi A4. The Audi A4 offers key safety features like front, side and side curtain airbags as standard equipment; dynamic steering for stabilized performance and adaptive cruise control to detect the car in from allowing the car to reduce in speed as the distance narrows. The performance is rated as highly as the safety design.
