Carmen Electra is possibly better known for her famous boyfriends/husbands and Playboy appearances than for her numerous television shows and movies roles.
Born Tara Leigh Patrick April 20, 1972, singer/songwriter Prince named her Carmen Electra in 1994. She joined TV's Baywatch in 1997. Her stint in the burlesque group Pussycat Dolls lasted from 2001-2003.
Carmen is responsible for the five-part DVD series "Aerobic Striptease", a stripping routine/low impact cardio exercise workout, and the Electra-Pole. Released early 2008, this pole-dancing kit is a product that she endorses. Popular with the readers of Playboy, she has been featured three times and been cover girl twice. Ms Electra was also their first celebrity photographer.
With those credentials and the high profiles of her exes, no wonder her love life has been widely publicized. The list begins with Prince. It includes B-Real (Cypress Hill) and Motley Crue's Tommy Lee. As of October 30, 2008, she has been married twice. Her first was to basketball bad boy Dennis Rodman. Number two was the basis for an MTV show called 'Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen & Dave which covered her relationship with rocker Dave Navarro (Jane's Addiction, Red Hot Chili Peppers).
