Casino games are games designed for players to wager money on, and are found within real world or online casinos. The player bets an amount of money on an event occurring, and if correct is rewarded with a corresponding payout that's slightly lower than probability of that event occurring. The difference between the payout and the odds of it happening is called the "house edge" and are how casinos make their money.
Casinos games have obviously been designed to ensure that the casino always wins in the long run due to the house edge. The notable exception to this is Blackjack when the player is “card counting,” which is why counting cards is against the rules.
The most popular casino games in western casinos are Roulette, Blackjack, Craps, Video poker and Slots, though there are many more less common casino games, with more being invented all the time.
