Catering is a business within the food service industry. It is the provision of food for a remote function, such as a party, wedding, funeral or work related function. Usually aimed at industrial parks and preferring to stay within a certain radius from their base to save on fuel costs, this form of catering seems to be an effective way for small businesses to keep revenue coming in.
