Health is defined as: Soundness, especially of body or mind; freedom from disease or abnormality. Fitness is defined as being of good health. So by achieving a higher level of health, a level of fitness should be present as well as proper nutrition.
There are also several different nutrition plans that lead to better health. Raw food is a choice many people follow for a healthier lifestyle. There is also the whole food diet, choosing to eat "clean" vs overly processed foods. The key is finding a nutrition plan that you will enjoy and that will give you all the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. There are several different avenues one can take to achieve a higher level of fitness for good health. Sometimes it is just adjusting your life to add in new activity or change your junk food habits. Remember,fitness is integral to good health. Even just adding in walking more daily can decrease your risk of cancers and heart disease.
