Video is a constantly evolving technology that is around every corner we look.
Video got its start on cathode ray tube TVs in the 20th Century, but has moved on to be used in many more applications. Computer monitors display video, both from user uploading their own creations to their hard drives to viewing a spectrum of everyone else's videos through the advent of the Internet. Billboards, once one-dimensional, now seem to come alive with moving images for all to see from blocks, even miles, away.
In contrast, video can now fit neatly inside one's pocket via Apple's iPod and iTouch, allowing for people of all walks of life to view virtually anything they like right in the palm of their hand with such quality that wasn't present during the early days of video
What does the future of video hold? Only time will tell, but its definitely something folks can't wait to see.
