The wedding or bridal gown industry generated more than $970 million per year in the US. For many brides the purchase of the wedding dress allows the culmination of a dream they have had since childhood.
Wedding dresses are extremely popular in the blogosphere. There are thousands of quality blogs that post everything from new wedding dress styles, design releases and celebrity wedding fashion. The blog culture in this genre drives traffic to many of the larger designers – many of who have large followings in social media websites like Twitter.
