January 2008 arrest for drunk driving. Really sure you want a drunk answering the phone at 3 am? I guess at least you know Sidney will still be up. Probably just getting home. 2. Patti Solis Doyle, who had been the campaign manager, stepped down in Feb 2008

Penn resigns to help save Hillary's sinking ship!
it was best he be "thrown overboard" to help SAVE her Sinking Ship campaign. ONLY then was he suddenly "forced to resign". Ironically it appears as if people who are no longer useful to Hillary Clinton are disposed of, just like she did with her first Campaign Manager, Patti Solis Doyle. You may remember that Al Gore and John Kerry had to "reorganize" their campaign teams when their Presidential campaigns faltered. Hillary Clinton has had to do the same, replacing Patti Solis Doyle with Maggie Williams, yes that Maggie Williams. As with McCain, much can happen given the time remaining. But whether Clinton regains the momentum or not, this does call her executive abilities into question, whatever you estimated them to be.

PRESIDENTIAL POLITICS: POTOMAC PRIMARY
putting her money and energy in a Giuliani-esque big state strategy that she hopes will fend off Obama’s momentum. Meanwhile, the Washington Post reports that Mike Henry, Clinton’s deputy campaign manager, has resigned. This comes in the wake of the exit of Clinton’s campaign manager just a few days ago. On the GOP side, McCain marches on is starting to really put Huckabee away for good.
