New suspect in anti-Mormon calls: Mitt v. Mitt??
calls and someone working for Giuliani, an update is in order. The latest speculation seems to be turning to ties between Western Wats, the firm doing the calls, and Romney himself. Seems like the plot of a dime-store novel, but here are some links. This. And this. And this. And this. It's hardly conclusive but ... even yesterday, idly chattering, it seemed curious that the firm was from Utah. Judge for yourself.

Western Wats is the company hired to make the calls. With the help of a few bloggers, it has been determined that some employees at Western Wats have donated to Governor Romney. I am not sure that equates to "connections" to Romney as Jonathan Martin states in his updated post regarding this issue but who knows. Also, independant Romney uber-blogger Justin Hart at MyManMitt.com had a telephone interview with a senior employee at Western Wats...the plot thickens.
