Girl Throws Live Puppies Into a River; Internet Hate Machine Revs Its Engines
There's a video circulating the internet right now of a girl picking up month-old puppies and throwing them into a river, presumably drowning them. There is no punchline.
The video can be found here. I warn you, though, it doesn't hide anything. The perpetrators of this act don't show remorse, nor do they find humor in what they are doing. It's very real.
The video was picked up over at reddit and has presumably made its way to the home of the best Internet Bounty Hunters, 4chan. If you've never heard of 4chan, google it, but be forewarned, it's not a kind place. These guys aren't full of smoke; they have, in the past, found the very real identities of perpetrators of such heinous acts, and publicly humiliated them and ruined them. They have been accused of cyber bullying by some of the more sensationalist media. As a denizen of the internet, however, I'm glad for them.
As for the video in question, I can't quite fathom nor forget what I've seen. Why would someone do this? Why would someone record them doing this? Why would someone post it on the internet?
The only real take-away I have is, as an atheist, I'm seriously reconsidering my stance on the existence of Hell.
