How does blogging contribute to an organization's bottom line?
A blog can introduce a customer to an organization on a personal level, drawing us into the company as part of the sales, marketing, PR, or product teams. Much as a trade show exhibit or a customer service call, a blog can offer an introduction to what a company offers that goes beyond simple product or service specs to the answers and support that lead customers to become loyal friends and fans.
