New MySpace Social Music Network Launches
New MySpace social music network has officially launched after months of invite-only and beta testing, according to a report.
The newly redesigned MySpace now comes with a sleek interface. To access it, users can type in their old MySpace username and password or they can connect via Facebook or Twitter accounts.
When you create a new account in the all-new Myspace, you'll get the chance to choose you artistic profession, upload a photo, and write a short biography of yourself. You can then use the site to discover new artists, songs, albums, mixes, and even radio stations. Users can also "connect" with songs or artists, and watch trending videos.
But perhaps the most interesting aspect of the MySpace relaunched is singer and actor Justin Timberlake who is now one of the major investors and co-owners of this social network.
Furthermore, Justin Timberlake's new single "Suit & Tie" is played for users who sign-in to the service for the first time. Suit & Tie is Timberlake's first album in seven years.
Meanwhile, no matter how one sees it, the newly revamped social network is still leaning towards people who like music with arts mixed in. If you like music and you like to socialize with other music lovers, then the new MySpace is definitely for you.
The real question is, would the new MySpace make a successful comeback after a long time of hibernation to become a major player again in the social network industry? Well, with Justin Timberlake now backing it up, who knows?
