AdiPURE Golf Shoes Review - Page 2
The next thing I look for is functionality. When you look at and try on a shoe in the store it's tough to tell if how great they will be on the golf course. Yes, I do the same thing everyone else does when I try them on, I pretend I'm swinging.
I don't believe for a second this helps me decide but I still do it. I'm happy to say the AdiPure golf shoes are very low to the ground, something that helps my stability.
The 10 "ThinTech" spikes do a great job gripping the ground in my swing, sometimes to good. While playing in wet conditions these spikes picked up so much dirt and grass I needed to clean the bottom of my shoes rather frequently to prevent slipping. When clean, they are great.
Finally, it's the style. When I walk into a shoe store and see 75 different pairs of shoes on the wall, I'm obviously going to pick up one that I'm attracted to. Some people don't like the stripes on the side of the Adidas. Personally, I think it's sharp and I was drawn to these. As you can see from the picture above I went with the black and white. I've always worn black golf shoes and wasn't willing to move onto white yet. They did offer a white with brown stripes and a white with black stripes too. Both are sharp, just not for me.
The AdiPURE golf shoe exceeded all my requirements for a golf shoe. They are extremely comfortable, provide stability and the ThinTech Cleat does a great job keeping my feet in place when I swing. The final part is the style and in my opinion, they pass the test here. I think they are a good looking golf shoe.
