College football — while entertaining for alumni and fans of the game — is more than just a sport. It's a business. And when it comes to bowl games, it's even bigger business.
You can't catch a bowl game without being reminded that it's sponsored by a company or brand. In fact, the labeling of bowl games has nearly watered down the importance of the bigger bowl games that determine the National Championship.
