Juventus Takes Its 30th Football Title

Juventus wins Italian champions titleThe Turin club "Juventus" won the Italian football championship Sunday night in Trieste. After a winning game with Cagliari (2-0), one of the most renowned Italian teams guaranteed the first place in the standings of the one of the strongest football championships in the world – Serie A.

AC Milan, which lost in Sunday's derby against Inter (2:4), also lost its last opportunity to defend the Champions title remaining in second place with a lag of four points.

"Juventus", which after several unsuccessful seasons played in this one as a renewed team, has put some kind of record never losing in this championship. For the club, founded in 1897, the current "scudetto" is 30th. According to administration of the club, two titles, which were taken away because of scandals in Italian football, are also counted. In this opinion the club management, players and fans around the world are united.

The Champions title, which Juve has regained after nine years, the world famous club won under the leadership of Antonio Conte, a former player of this team, for whom this is the first "scudetto" in a role of coach.

In Turin the fans made a real holiday. Great celebrations were held all the night after victorious game. The same was in many other cities of the world as Juventus FC is highly popular team across the globe.
