Shani Davis Wins Gold Again
Whether winter or summer, there are plenty of sports fans who find things to complain about, or reasons to not watch, the Olympics.
A common reason many don't tune into the winter games is simply a lack of familiarity with most of the sports — people don't typically "curl" growing up.
American speed skater Shani Davis, however, is a story every sports fan can relate to. Guys who grow up in inner-city Chicago don't typically become winter Olympians, but Davis is now a two-time gold medalist in the 1,000 meters after his win Wednesday.
While his feud with media guide creators lives on, Davis ended his feud with Stephen Colbert and is now rightfully among some of the greatest American Winter Olympics athletes after getting his latest gold.
