The 8th Annual New York City Golf Fest
Golf in New York City? Well, it's not a full round of golf but it's something. This weekend, April 30th-May 1st, the New York Golf Center will host their 8th Annual Golf Fest at the Golf Club at Chelsea Piers. It's a great opportunity to test the newest golf equipment before you buy it.

For those of you not familiar with Chelsea Piers, this is a great opportunity to head over and hit golf balls at the most expensive range in the United States. How expensive? The cost per ball at this New York City range on the Hudson River offers spectacular views but will cost you around 25 cents per ball.
What Is Golf Fest?
Golf Fest creates an opportunity for golfers to try the newest equipment from the top golf manufacturers in the world. Like most "Demo Days", Golf Fest will have some have the biggest names in golf including:

It's great to see the guys on the PGA TOUR using certain equipment but shouldn't you try a club before you buy it? Golf Fest will allow you to try any club they have available and make the best decision based on how you hit it.
What Does It Cost & What Do You Get
Based on the Golf Fest flyer, the cost is $15 and includes unlimited golf balls, complimentary hitting and swing tips from pro's as well as food and beverages while at the event. The flyer also says anyone buying a ticket will receive a coupon booklet with savings up to 30% off as well as being entered into a drawing to win a $50 gift card to their Midtown Manhattan Golf Store (located on 35th between 7th and Broadway).
