Track & Field: 10KM American Record Holder Talks in Depth About Running, Training

In 2010, American Chris Solinski shocked a lot of people when he blew away the 10KM American Record on the track. In running 26:59, he shredded the record and became the first non-African man to run under 27:00 minutes for 10 kilometers.

On the one year anniversary of that historic run, we sat down for a long talk with the young runner who is no living and training in Portland, Oregon.
