Going Camping with Our Clients
As the NFL pre-season kicks off tonight, many jobs with be won and lost over the course of the next few weeks. Several of our clients are taking major steps forward towards not only landing on rosters, but getting on the field and contributing.
Here’s an inside look at some of Peter Schaffer and my clients:
Jordan Norwood @JordaNorwood Receiver Cleveland Browns

Jordan was signed as undrafted free agent out of Penn State in 2010. He spent most of the season on the Philadelphia Eagles’ practice squad. In 2011, he signed with the Cleveland Browns and is having a phenomenal camp. He is drawing praise from his teammates as well as General Manager, Tom Heckert. Look for Jordan Norwood to not only make the Browns’ final roster, but to be on the field on opening day of season.
Dominique Harris @DomoHarris21 Safety Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Dominique was signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2010. He made it all the way through final cuts, only to be released on the opening week of the season. He was quickly re-signed to the practice squad and was poised to join the active roster in the middle of the season. However, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers swooped in with the nice offer and Harris was off to Tampa. He is having a tremendous camp and the hard hitting safety from Temple University will be on the field this season.
Dorin Dickerson @scorindorin Receiver Houston Texans

Dorin was drafted in the 7th round by the Texans in 2010 as a Tight End, a position he played at the University of Pittsburgh. However, the highly talented and athletic Dickerson is set to become a starter as a Receiver for the Texans this season. Those who have visited Texans’ camp have witnessed some of the acrobatic catches hauled in by Dickerson. I can’t wait to see him on the field this season catching passes from Matt Schaub.
