Tom "Baby-face" Brady Gets Razzed
A seasoned athlete with focus to not only secure five trips to the Super Bowl, but one well-equipped to particpate in media hype, Mr. Brady ended a send-off party in Foxborough with, "I wish I could take all you guys to Indy with us. We're going down there, and we're going down there for one reason. We're going to give it our best and hopefully we have a lot more people at our party next weekend."
By Monday, headlines were ablaze in New York with incredulous reports of the quarterback's promise of a Patriots win, "Hey, Giants, Brady already talking about victory bash," screamed The New York Daily News. "Tom talks trash," downplayed the New York Post, as Tom brushed off the complaints with his eager, if boy-ish, charm, suggesting "typical pep-rally talk" is nothing to be frightened over.
... and here in Denver we'll just stay tuned, and keep the faith.
