If We All Lived Sustainably, Could We Change The World?
http://1greengeneration.elementsintime.com/ ?p=245I believe we could. The idea of sustainability is extremely important to this site and what we discuss here, so here’s my take on it… What Is Sustainability? The word comes from sustain, as in to support, hold, or bear, to supply with food, drink, and other necessities of life, to [...] ShareThis

The Wonderful World of Staycations….And The Amazing New Variety of Berries We Found
http://1greengeneration.elementsintime.com/ ?p=188Staycation, All I Ever Wanted… My sister and her husband are in town from St. Louis for the weekend. As we’ve been spending time with them, I realized this is really a vacation for Matt and I as well, even though we haven’t gone anywhere. We could call this a local get-away, or even [...] ShareThis

Local Summer: Local Meals Don’t Have To Be Gourmet
http://1greengeneration.elementsintime.com/ ?p=92That’s it: the whole shebang! This is my featured meal for One Local Summer this week. And WOW was it good. Local yoghurt with local strawberries. Plus locally roasted coffee that was organically grown in the shade, fair traded, and then roasted using green power. All you who aren’t [...]’

http://lbotp.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 07/ 11/ freaky-friday-thoughts-and-other-lazin…Beware of campus this weekend, it’s Greek Reunion. So if you’ve missed the smell of stale beer and vomit on Campustown streets, you’re in luck. I’m glad to see that the Outside at the Research Park free concert event is back on the calendar. I'm not snickering
http://ed-bites.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ im-not-snickering.htmlA short story: I'm walking down the hall in my office*, and I pass one of my co-workers. A young, female co-worker, to be exact. She is unwrapping a Snickers bar. I smile at her as I walk by. She moves her hand to cover the "Snickers" name. She is ashamed. How sad. I wish she could enjoy her food without shame.

http://ed-bites.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ responsible-eating.htmlWe hear a lot about intuitive eating. The premise is one of those "simple but not easy" things. Eat what you really want. "Normal Eating" Really Isn't.
http://ed-bites.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 04/ normal-eating-really-isnt.htmlOkay, so I'm apparently the last person in the blogosphere (well, the part that looks at eating and weight issues) to have written about this, but here goes. Apparently, most American women have a screwed-up relationship with food. Raise your hands if you're astonished. Anyone? Anyone? Didn't think so.

Baby Care After Vaccination
http://indopublisher.com/ ?p=39Nobody likes getting injections when they visit the doctor. And, as a parent, it can be very traumatising when it is time for your baby to receive his first vaccination. And to make it worse, some babies might develop a reaction to a vaccination and hence, affecting his sleep as a result.

Weight loss for everyone!
http://the-f-word.org/ blog/ index.php/ 2008/ 03/ 12/ weight-loss-for-everyone/After I had lost about a third of my body weight on The Diet Turned Eating Disorder, friends, family and co-workers all encouraged me to stop (what they thought was) the diet. “You look great,” they’d gush and then more sternly, “Now stop dieting.” I, of course, took their mostly well-intentioned
