I’ve always been impressed by websites that use Flash because it makes banners much more catchy and attractive than static gifs, and site intros that use Flash are definitely more elegant. If you’re like me, you might have thought Flash is pretty hard to create unless you have a good deal of graphic design knowledge and experience.
