  I curently have my i7 at 4ghz @ 1.36v. Ive been reading online and this voltage seems kinda high. Is there any other way i can stay at the same speed but lower my voltage? I only have my voltage changed in my bios everything else is at auto. I ran prime95 for about 4hrs without a problem. My temps stayed at about 58
