Makita 12-Inch 11.5-AMP Electric Chain Saw

    http://www.gardensnob.com/ archives/ 2008/ 10/ makita-12inch-115amp-electric.php

This little saw looks like just the right size for backyard chores of trimming and cutting down a few trees. There's no struggling with a 2-cycle engine or dealing with a gas/oil mix either. Weighing 9.5 lbs, it's well suited to the smaller person who is tired of asking someone else to cut things for them (as long as the steel toed boots, chaps and safety glasses are worn).

    Chainsaw wood carving

If you are planning to take down any trees in your garden and you are perhaps feeling a little but guilty because of the trees maturity then why not consider doing something useful with the trunk instead of cutting it all up for logs?

by Eric Anastasi, Eastern Regional ManagerOnce again I was surfing around the web on some of my favorite sites and found something that I thought I should share. Now- I have a chain saw and I have a motorcycle but I do not have one of these. Although depending how long this winter is, I may come spring.

Here’s a surefire way to get me to attend a screening of your home-grown, no-budget movie: conceive it as an homage to the grimy backwoods horror classics of the ‘70s and put Bigfoot in it. Make it a Texas Bigfoot movie and I’ll be first in line.
