MySpace Wins $234M in Anti-Spammer Case

The battle ended in a $234 million judgment by a Las Angles court, ruling against some of the most notable spammers, thanks to their antics on popular social networking site MySpace, and even some massive spamming campaigns throughout the 1990s.

Is Email Marketing Dead?

I guess alot of that depends on who you ask. Many marketers are reporting that email marketing is dead. Now I don’t know about that, but one thing for sure it sure has changed over the last few years.

INSERT successfully sent out 4000 messages from a Gmail account in a relatively short period of time, much like spammers.
