I really enjoyed the Get-a-Mac ads, they were funny. I also enjoy the brand new ad as well, but this time it’s for the world’s greenest family of notebooks: It’s important to focus on why you are different. And if you are the best in the world on something, then, that’s something you need to be proud of and need to show in your ads.

cNet reported Dell announced the Inspiron Mini 9 will rival HP’s Mini 1000 by adding 3G network support. Dell’s Mini 9 are now shipping with the built-in wireless network made famous by the iPhone. Mac rumors are all over the place, with a number of sources, including ComputerWorld, reporting that Apple might be releasing a netbook in 2009.

MacBooks intrigue me enough that I want to buy one. However, I have been a Windows person my entire life and I’ve never owned one of Apple’s laptops. So, I’m calling on all you Apple lovers out there to educate me. I’ve heard for ages now that MacBooks are better, but I want to know why so I can make up my mind about buying one.

From the first time Steve Jobs demonstrated "the pinch" -- the two-finger gesture used to zoom in and out of photos and Web pages on the iPhone -- some Apple observers assumed it was just a matter of time before a multitouch-enabled screen showed up on the Mac. That hasn't happened yet.

Seeing that I’m a big Apple fan, I’m curious to see if the latest MacBook Air rumors turn out the be true. Apple Insider has it that the next line of MacBook Air laptops will switch from an aluminum case to a new carbon fiber setup to cut the weight of the worlds thinnest laptop down to under three pounds! The new carbon fiber would be used on the bottom of the laptop.
