Just a quick post for ARF Tuesday. This salad is one that I often make to take to the hospital for lunch and I've discovered that, for some reason, I enjoy it more out of my tupperware container. Go figure! I love the tart, sweetness of the apples combines with the saltiness of turkey and the added exotic taste of the hummus.

I'm back for ARF! Last week, I got busy and just didn't get a post up in time...but this week, I return with a berry filled scone. After posting about the banana scones a couple of weeks ago, I went in search of a blueberry scone.

With the warm weather finally here, there is no shortage of colorful fruits and vegetables just begging to be eaten.  One of our local farmer’s markets finally starts this Sunday and I honestly cannot wait to go.  What can I say?  It’s the food nerd in me I guess.  With new crop comes new inspiration for our ARF/5-A-Day weekly roundup.  Let’s get started.

I'm halfway done with my board exams! Only Ob-Gyn, Psychiatry, and Internal Medicine left. :-) For this week's ARF Tuesday at Sweetnick's, I submit a scone with banana and bran that I made many months ago.

One of the many, many fun things Ryan and I did over Memorial Day weekend was head to Columbus' Asian Festival, where we had to walk up and down the rows of stands selling delicious smelling food a few times before we could decide what we wanted to share.

Yay! Blogger's letting me post again! I had intended to put this post up last night but lo and behold, the Blogger load screen crashed my whole laptop. Not once, not twice, but three times. So I gave up, at midnight, and had to scramble to write down the recipe since I didn't actually pay attention
