Kelly for urinating on an underage girl on tape, and despite the overwhelming evidence that he was on the tape, he was acquitted.

The battle between "The Boondocks" creator Aaron McGruder and Black Entertainment Television seems to be just getting started. Episodes of the biting cartoon series which attack the black-themed network but were never aired -- possibly because of corporate pressure -- are slated for DVD release Tuesday.
