About Me
'About me' is a phrase that bloggers use to describe a page on their blog where they share some personal information about themselves with their readers. For individual bloggers it is normally very informal in tone, often detailing the number of children or pets the author has. For corporate websites and blogs, the information shared is less personal, but still written in an informal tone, often describing the company's charitable efforts.
The 'about' or 'about me' page is designed to help the reader connect with the author on a more personal level, and therefore view the information delivered on the blog or website as more trustworthy, as is the advice of a friend.
Many individual bloggers write their 'about me' pages full of humor and satire, and are therefore very enjoyable to read. No matter the tone, they are a good way to get to know the authors of your favorite blogs.

Here’s how I know I’m Code Red these days: McDonalds food tastes good to me. Three nights in a row this week! McDonalds doesn’t appeal to me at all, usually, but I must get insane cravings for fat and salt because I can’t pass the place without pulling into the drive-through. Then again it might be the 12 hour ...15 hours ago -

It was a productive day today. I ventured out to go to the post office to pick up one of the packages that came for hubby. I also don’t do well with accents. So if you have one, even within this country, I may just nod but not have understood you. Asking “what?” for the 50th time tends to lose it’s charm.
