I currently have 2 full priced offers for my house, both from well qualified buyers, both received about 24 hours after my house went on the market, in what is supposedly is a very depressed buyers market. Many people are amazed I pulled this off.

How many times have you said that when you're doing something else, even stuff to promote yourself, or keep food on the table? Art is way more fun and way more satisfying than promoting art, but unless you're only doing it as a hobby and don't care if anyone but your family ever sees any of it, you've got to promote it.
